Established on 29 September 1994 by CA Vigyan Prakash Arora, the firm has evolved from a single-member practice into a multi-location advisory firm with a strong presence across North India, including Chandigarh, Shimla, Jammu, Panchkula & Shimla.

CA Vigyan Prakash Arora is the Founder and Senior Partner of the firm, bringing over three decades of distinguished experience in auditing, financial advisory, forensic examinations, and insolvency matters. Since establishing the firm in 1994, he has been instrumental in shaping its growth into a multi-location practice known for technical excellence, professional integrity, and consistent quality.
He is a registered Insolvency Professional with extensive expertise in conducting statutory audits of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and autonomous bodies under the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG). His core areas of specialisation include forensic accounting, fraud detection, risk assessment, and strategic financial advisory.
